Guest Carole Guyett: Herbalist in Ireland, Navajo and Druidic Teachings

I spent a weekend in 2019 on the Autumnal Equinox doing a plant diet with Angelica with a small group in her hogan (hooghan) like structure, or temple, on the grounds of Derrynagittah, her restored farm cottage site in East Clare, just up the road from the historic site of famous Irish herbalist, Biddy Early.

Being my ancestral homeland (East Clare), I was excited to speak with Carole again.
