What is more Vital than to understand one’s relationship to Creator, to connect to that within, and to embody it with all our soul’s courage?
Our individual vitality has much to do with the choices we make, how we think about things, how we approach life, and the agreements and contracts we make, both consciously and unconsciously, with other people and entities in our lives.
One of the best kept secrets in America is the difference between a US Citizen and a human. That is, a “person” vs. a man or woman, or “We the People” vs. a “human being”.
We the People vs US citizen, or state national vs resident of the State.
The legal definition of these words and phrases are often murky, appearing to be circular, but upon further digging it is clear that there’s long since been a clear distinction between free men and women and their employed counterparts, contracted into government work as vessels of the State.
When I am in the forest living close to the land, camping out and hiking through the desert, or simply living at my home, tending my garden, observing the wildlife, I am a man. Simple and plain.
But when I get into my vehicle with my driver’s license, I am now, most certainly, a U.S. citizen.
Many would think, ‘well, what’s wrong with that?’
‘Aren’t we fortunate to be just that?’
Apparently, according to law, codes and statutes, anyone with a valid driver’s license operating a motor vehicle on US roads has already contracted themselves into being a US citizen.
A US citizen resides, by definition, in Washington D.C. That is, the “United States” is in Washington D.C. Where exactly within D.C., no one really knows.
As a US citizen, one only possesses (revocable) civil rights and privileges and the right to reside within the territory. That’s it.

Upon contracting in various ways (for most of us, from the moment our birth certificates were signed) we have, apparently, naturalized into US citizenship.
Although a US citizen is granted civil rights and privileges (most will think this is pretty good, right?), there’s something amiss here.
Granted?
What about our inalienable rights? Those granted to each of us upon birth by our Creator?
Those rights are for humans, men and women. Upon naturalizing into the United States, a corporation, and now seen as a “person” or “human being” (ie. a “monster”) one no longer retains those rights but is granted civil rights and privileges according to the State.
Yes, policy and contract enforcers (police & legal system) can go along with the charade that our Bill of Rights and the Constitution are intact, but the truth of the matter is that we have contracted into something very different and when push comes to shove, the Bill of Rights and the Constitution simply don’t apply to resident US citizens.
However, the Bill of Rights and Constitution DO apply to state nationals, otherwise known as men and women of the land, aka non-resident aliens.

~ Yes, I know this can be very confusing the first time you learn it ~
“State citizen” (or state national) is our natural status at birth and we simply choose to contract into another status (from within the commercial code - or Law of the Sea) which then overlays our natural birth status.
Unless we consciously correct this within the world of commerce (where we all operate, whether we realize it or not), it will be presumed on our behalf that we have chosen to forgo those rights bestowed upon us by our Creator and which are affirmed within the Constitution.
As wards of the State, or children (legally “retarded”) we are watched over and shepherded as needed by the will of those within positions of power within the corporation.

have a birth certificate
have a social security #
have a driver’s license
pay income taxes
work for the government
have a standard US passport
… or a host of other possibilities, then you have contracted into becoming naturalized as a US citizen (no, that’s not something you automatically acquire upon being born on the land that is America).
Naturalizing is another thing unto itself. I can naturalize myself right now to wherever I want to be naturalized to, or someone else for that matter, even without their knowledge of it! Naturalization is a very strange thing indeed.
I gained my first bit of knowledge on this subject over 15 years ago upon encountering the work of Jordan Maxwell. Jordan passed away over 2 years ago in March, 2022. It’s said that the original Zeitgeist film was based upon Jordan’s research, which may be true. But Jordan was a prolific researcher of “all things occult” and in his older years had grown quite pessimistic about the human race.
But if he were to witness the link I will share below from Renette Senum’s recent Substack post featuring Dave Jose’s work and what he and his group are doing to restore justice for the sovereign individual within the framework of their Constitutional (God-given) rights, I think he might turn his opinion of where humans may be headed.
I have mainly drawn attention to the overlay status, or US citizen status, that we are naturalized into through a variety of contracts that inherently cause us to voluntarily relinquish our God-given rights.
Laws are often perceived to be created by man, but the highest form of law is natural law. These are not dependent on the (so-called “positive”) laws or customs of any particular culture or government. We are simply born with them.
It is through these divine rights by which we express our most vital nature. Our natural inclination to create, think, speak our mind and to act in ways that may benefit all, or any, of our neighbors, are inherently protected just as our freedom to move about the land and engage in productive work so long as we do no harm to another, respect their private property, and practice no deceit upon them.
To act and speak in honor, with integrity, on behalf of not only our brethren, but from and by our own hearts as well, is a truly vital human act and to repress that in any way is destructive to the vital nature of man and woman. It corrupts the spirit, ultimately, and imprisons one in more destructive ways than does physical incarceration.
What, I feel, has been slowly (for decades) and now, apparently, rapidly becoming uncovered is not only our inherent inclination to act and speak with honor and integrity and to seek the truth, but perhaps, first, more importantly, is the emergence of the truth of what has been repressed and the darker shadow forces - resident, at least as potential, within each of us - becoming exposed in a great many ways.
For there is truly no repressing the truth from coming forward. In time, it will be expressed.

I share these things now as I believe there are yet still few who are familiar with these truthful and honorable aspects of our system of law. It is complex and often convoluted, so I do not mean to bring forth debates on interpretations of arcane law. That’s not even something I’m capable of doing.
Instead, I would like to draw attention to an undercurrent of true sovereignty, and all the responsibility it entails, that resides just beneath our collective awareness, resident within each of us, imperative upon us to act from, and in no way truly reduced or apprehended by the perceived powers appearing to be in command over us.
There are specific details, long since written out in great painstaking detail, which are available to us to learn and utilize in both speech and action to assert ourselves in word and action upon principles that are meant to be respected.
In the first place, we must restore our own individual honor by accepting these truths about ourselves, then seek to understand (some like to say “overstand”) how we can gain command of the language of law so that we can operate honorably within this system, whether it be the Roman system of commercial law, maritime admiralty, or whatever we have contracted into.
This is something that many of us have perhaps not thought possible. It is perhaps something some of us have longed for. It is something I had once thought of as belonging much to the ancient past, a code of honor and respect, for ourselves and others, to be respected, once asserted, by our society at large, from top to bottom.
Like many things of great value, I may have once again found something hidden in plain sight.
To be truly vital is to comprehend ALL contracts and agreements to which we are party to AND to be in full commitment to these contracts and agreements with our heart and soul. If not, we are being essentially drained of our vitality through these unsustainable obligations or engagements.
Thus, we must clarify our engagements to the best of our ability, in good faith, until proven to be otherwise.
Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
To be truly vital is to own your actions, own your words, own your consent to contract and to be fully present and engaged for all of your agreements.
Yes, this is a tall order, but not impossible.
Further, upon honest self-reflection, one may begin to see why, where, or how one’s vitality may be waning due to false engagements or improper or un-true agreements which are either duplicitous in nature or essentially unclarified.
Fortunately, our system of law does provide an opportunity to practice this with honor, I believe. However, there are many layers yet for us to work through, but as Reinette alludes to in her post below, we have been duped into believing we have an active judicial system, wherein we truly have administrative tribunals, or assumed courts, on behalf of the bank, or the trust, ie. the corporation, a person - you see how convoluted this is!‽!
But through each of our own responsible words and actions, we do possess the vitality to bring about positive change by way of asserting the true form and spirit that already exists.
In this way, much healing shall we experience.

I call the world of the straw-man Caesar’s Realm, the realm of forms, 2 dimensional. Your post makes me think of a particular scripture that I’d like to share, if you don’t mind. For years I had forsaken the Bible, but I returned to it as I found it the intersection (the cross) of my interest in Astro-theology and a manual on the Law. I began to understand that in it, there is an instruction to be a creditor, as opposed to a debtor. To remain in honor, the creditor poses questions rather than delivering answers, and this is exemplified in the dialogue with Christ and his various accusers. From the book of Matthew: “13 And they send unto him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, to catch him in his words.
14 And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
15 Shall we give, or shall we not give? But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them, Why tempt ye me? bring me a penny, that I may see it.
16 And they brought it. And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription? And they said unto him, Caesar's.
17 And Jesus answering said unto them, Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's.”
Could it be, that Mother Earth lays the true claim to our living, vital, electric signature of our footprint, the sole/soul in which we imprint in each step of tending the Earth to remain in good standing with our Creator?
